The rolling hills and beautiful landscaping is the first

1835, a disagreement between the Indians and the U.S. Army seems to have touched off the
start of the Second Seminole War. This county has the Withlacoochee State Forest and the
Jumper Creek Wildlife Management Area, along with the Withlacoochee River, a haven for the
nature lover/sportsmen to enjoy the great wilderness of Florida.
